SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Messaging program operator

The LeadEX messaging program (the "Program") is operated by LEADEX ("LeadEX"). Messages are sent from LeadEX-operated phone numbers using our SMS delivery provider (Twilio Inc.).

2. Program description

LeadEX provides customer-care and service-request text messaging related to home-service inquiries initiated by consumers. Messages may include:

• Responses to consumer inquiries.
• Requests for project details.
• Requests for project photos.
• Service-request qualification questions.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Appointment confirmations.
• Rescheduling communications.
• Appointment reminders.
• Service-provider arrival or scheduling updates.
• Customer support communications.
• Other transactional or customer-care communications directly related to a consumer-initiated service request.

The Program is a customer-care program. LeadEX does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing SMS messages through this Program.

3. Opt-in and consent

Consumers may initiate the messaging relationship by texting a LeadEX-operated phone number displayed on our service websites, advertisements, listings, or other marketing channels.

When a consumer initially contacts LeadEX by phone and LeadEX wants to continue the conversation by SMS, a LeadEX customer service representative may ask the consumer for verbal permission using a disclosure such as:

"Can we text you at this number regarding your service request, including appointment updates and requests for project information or photos?"

LeadEX maintains records of the verbal consent disclosure used, the date and time, and the associated call.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent to the Program is separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the consumer's service request and interaction with LeadEX.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are billed by your wireless carrier under your existing plan. Please consult your carrier for details.

6. Opt-out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any LeadEX text message. After requesting to opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

7. Help (HELP)

For assistance, reply HELP to any LeadEX text message or call LeadEX at (818) 284-1004.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Supported carriers

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's capabilities and to the availability of your mobile device and network. The Program is intended for supported U.S. wireless carriers; availability and delivery are not guaranteed on every network or device.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors and service providers that support the delivery and operation of the messaging program and are contractually restricted from using such information for their own marketing purposes, or as otherwise required by law.

Separately: LeadEX may share service-request information (such as your name, service address, project description, scheduling information, and photos you voluntarily provide) with an independent service provider when reasonably necessary to respond to, coordinate, schedule, estimate, or fulfill a service explicitly requested by you. This does not authorize independent service providers to use LeadEX SMS consent to send their own marketing messages.

11. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Program.

12. Changes to these SMS Terms

LeadEX may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
